Overview
The Three Sisters Skyline Half Marathon is built for speed and beauty. This point-to-point race flows through forests and meadows, with sweeping views of the Cascades always in sight. With 1,500ft of net downhill and just 500ft of climbing, it’s a race designed for fast times while still giving runners that pure mountain running joy.
Whether it’s your first trail half marathon or you’re chasing a personal record, this course delivers an incredible experience. Add in a festive atmosphere at the finish line in Sisters, great food and coffee, and a community that celebrates every runner—you’ll finish this one smiling and already planning your return.
Course
The Half Marathon is a point-to-point race with a net downhill profile. Runners will cover 13.1 miles of 85% singletrack trail with 500ft of climbing and 1,500ft of descent. Along the way, you’ll run through ponderosa forests, open meadows, and get long looks at the snow-capped Three Sisters. The course is smooth, fast, and built for trail runners who love to let their legs fly.
Cutoff Details
There is no official cutoff time, but runners are expected to maintain a 3MPH pace.
Aid Stations
The Half Marathon has one fully stocked aid station at mile 7.1. It will offer water, electrolytes, fruit, potatoes, and snacks to help runners fuel to the finish.

Bib pickup for the 50K is 6:15AM–7:00AM at Village Green Park.
Shuttle departs at 7:20AM.
Bib pickup for the Half Marathon is 7:00AM–8:30AM at Village Green Park.

Bib Pickup
Half Marathon bib pickup is available on race morning from 7:00AM to 8:30AM at Village Green Park in Sisters.
Drop Bags
There are no drop bags for either distance.
Crew & Pacers
The Half Marathon does not allow crew on the course.
Visitors are welcome at the finish area in Village Green Park. Please follow shuttle and parking policies for a smooth race day experience.
Swag & Medals
All finishers receive a custom medal. The top three male, female, and non-binary runners receive sponsor prizes. Shirts are included with registration if registered by August 16.

Parking
Parking is at Village Green Park in Sisters. There is no parking at the start lines; shuttles are mandatory.

Requirements
The Half Marathon is accessible to a wide range of runners. It requires basic trail fitness and the ability to maintain a 3MPH pace.
Mandatory Gear
No mandatory gear list is enforced. Runners should be prepared for variable mountain weather conditions and are encouraged to carry hydration, nutrition, and layers.
