North Shore Trails in their Autumn glory!
Overview
The Phantom Run isn’t just a race, it’s a North Shore tradition. Every November, runners gather at the Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve for a day that blends technical trails, sweeping climbs, and festive community vibes. With distances that invite both first-timers and seasoned trail veterans, the courses wind through mossy forests, suspension bridges, and rolling river paths, challenging your legs and filling your soul.
What makes The Phantom Run truly magical is the atmosphere; post-race hot soup, local treats, and the joy of giving back. The event doubles as a fundraiser for the Harvest Project, so every runner is also helping to support the local community. Show up ready for adventure, camaraderie, and a touch of mischief in the woods.
