Trails, waterfalls, and gorge views
Overview
Angel’s Rest is more than just a race, it’s the long-awaited chance to run through one of the Pacific Northwest’s most iconic landscapes. For years, trail runners have dreamed of racing in the Columbia River Gorge, and now it’s finally here. The courses wind through lush forest, cross mountain streams, climb steep and rocky trails, and deliver the payoff of sweeping views and cascading waterfalls.
Runners will experience Multnomah and Wahkeena Falls up close, witness the dramatic rebirth of the forest after the 2017 Eagle Creek fire, and push themselves on the rugged trails of Larch Mountain. Whether you’re tackling the 50K, the 20M, or the 10K, this race promises a true Gorge adventure.
Aid Stations
The courses are supported with fully stocked aid stations featuring water, electrolyte drink, snacks, and fresh energy foods. Runners can expect a mix of sweet and salty options to keep fueled through the climbs and descents.
50K → Multiple aid stations spaced throughout the course with at least one drop bag location.
20M → Mid-course aid station plus finish line support.
10K → Finish line aid station only.
