You’ll tackle obstacles inside Washington Grizzly Stadium, push through heavy carries, climb ropes, crawl through cargo nets, and then take on the iconic “M Trail” climb with sweeping views over the valley. Distances vary from short stadium sprints to double-loop challenges stacked with obstacles, so there’s something for every runner or walker.
Expect to be tested both physically and mentally, with lighter options for novices and kids, and heavier, more demanding challenges for experienced athletes. This race celebrates everyone; experts, novices, youth, adaptive athletes, and teams all share the course, proving that the heart of Missoula beats strongest when the community comes together.
