The Middle Fork Trail Run takes runners deep into the Snoqualmie River Valley on some of the most scenic and runnable trails in the Cascades. With distances from 10K to 50K, this event offers something for everyone—from those chasing ultra distances to those seeking a shorter escape into mossy old-growth forest. Modest elevation gain, riverside singletrack, and breathtaking views of cliffs, creeks, and ridgelines await.
Course
All distances start at the Middle Fork Trailhead near North Bend, WA
Follows Middle Fork, CCC, and Snoqualmie Lake Trails
Mostly runnable courses with modest elevation gains
Towering cliffs and old-growth forest, burnt Boot Creek crossing (22M & 50K), remote sections with Goldmyer Hot Springs nearby
Some creek crossings and remote areas; prepare accordingly
