Lizard Foot to Buffalo Head
Overview
A lollipop-shaped course that heads out along the Lizard Foot Trail and returns on the famous Buffalo Head Trail system, through sandy washes and varied trail surfaces.

Bib Pickup
Pre-race pickup Friday 5:00-7:00 PM at the park entrance visitor center. Race-day pickup at Goblin Overlook starting 5:30 AM.

Race Policies
This is a cupless event — bring your own hydration vessel. Strollers are not permitted on course. Dogs are not allowed, as the park is a protected wildlife reserve.
Land Acknowledgement
Goblin Valley's landscape holds evidence of Native American settlement and culture, including from the Fremont, Southern Paiute, and Ute peoples.
