A fun and festive fall run through fields and a real working corn maze in Snohomish!

Overview

Celebrate the harvest season with a unique trail race experience at Bob’s Corn & Pumpkin Farm. Run through misty fields, rustic farmland, and a well-marked course that winds its way through a massive corn maze. Choose between a one-lap 5K or a two-lap 7K adventure. After the run, stick around for fresh fall treats, hay rides, and more farm fun.

Course

  • Farm roads, uneven grass, corn stubble, and the corn maze

  • Mostly flat with minor variations

  • Starts and ends on dirt farm roads between the start/finish and the corn maze

  • 5K is one lap through the maze (approx. 3.32 mi) and 7K are two laps through the maze (approx. 4.61 mi)

  • Maze sections are well-marked; no navigation needed

  • Terrain includes dirt roads, grass, corn stubble, uneven/muddy areas

  • One aid station located at the maze entrance/exit

  • 5K runners pass aid station twice, 7K runners pass it three times

  • Expect GPS watches to undercount distance due to maze tight turns

  • Course closes at 9:15 AM (7K runners must start second lap by ~8:35 AM)

  • Optional farm day admission ($24.95/person) includes hay rides, kids play area, Bobby’s Back 40, food booths, and additional maze access (after 10 AM)

Getting There

  • Parking located west of Fales Road, near 11000 Elliott Rd, Snohomish, WA

  • Check-in/start is adjacent to the auxiliary lot

  • Do not go to main farm entrance; it's a few hundred meters away

  • Use underpass to cross from parking/start area to corn maze

  • From Seattle/Bellevue, take I-405 north to Hwy 522 east, exit at Fales Rd/Echo Lake Rd, make a left onto Fales, 2 miles to stop at Elliott Rd, then turn left immediately through gate onto gravel road to lot

Race Policies

  • No dogs on course (USATF sanctioned event)

  • Course is closed to public during run but farm vehicles may be present

  • Stay alert, especially in the maze

  • Announce when passing, keep right if being passed

  • Headphones okay at low volume — must hear other runners

  • No refunds

  • Farm activities begin at 10 AM
