Hosted by Northwest Trail Runs as part of the Tuesday Night Trail to Grill Series, the Interlaken Ice Cream Dash blends urban convenience with a trail runner’s dream. Held on the car-free historic Interlaken Boulevard and the steep, winding forest trails of Interlaken Park in Seattle, this summer evening race is equal parts grit, flow, and fun. Perfect for a weekday burst of endorphins, and capped off with ice cream, hot dogs, and watermelon.
