The Northwest Trail Alliance (NWTA) is all about making PNW trails epic for everyone. From building and maintaining singletrack to reopening forgotten paths, our volunteers pour tens of thousands of hours into creating sustainable, ride-ready trails each year. Whether you’re swinging a lopper, wielding a handsaw, or just showing up with boots and enthusiasm, NWTA gives you the tools, training, and community to make a real impact.
We host dig days of all sizes—from small midweek crews to massive weekend events—giving riders and outdoor lovers the chance to cross-train, learn new skills, and give back to the trails they love. With a focus on responsible trail building, advocacy, and education, NWTA ensures Washington and Oregon trails stay open, rideable, and thriving for generations to come.
